This project entails the delivery of a flagship corporate event for The Saudi Investment Bank, bringing together the Bank's employees from across the Kingdom in a single unified ceremony, organized within a fully integrated operational environment that reflects the level of corporate coordination and the scale of the event.
The event will be held in a major hotel ballroom — to be identified and approved later in coordination with the client, in line with the event's requirements and scale — within the designated time frame for the event in October, extending from October 3 to October 17, as stated in the scope of work, and in accordance with the detailed schedule to be approved in coordination with the client.
The event targets approximately 1,500 guests, including the Bank's employees from Riyadh and the Kingdom's other regions, in addition to the VIP category — imposing precise operational requirements related to entry organization, movement management, and ensuring a balanced experience for all attendee categories.
The event concept is built on designing an integrated corporate experience based on deliberate, gradual build-up — guiding attendees through a clear sequence that moves them from an organized reception environment to a high-impact central moment that represents the climax of the ceremony.
This approach relies on intentional attention management: reducing the intensity of stimuli in the early stages, while progressively strengthening focus inside the main hall, ensuring that full attention is directed toward the stage at the critical moment.
Design elements, lighting, visual content, and audience distribution are all employed within an integrated framework that supports this build-up and ensures the main moment is delivered with clarity and impact.
The event's visual concept was developed with the Kingdom Ballroom at the Four Seasons Hotel as a reference model, in order to present a realistic visualization that reflects the distribution of spaces and the attendee experience within the venue.
The attached visual concept is a direct translation of the event's overall concept: design elements and spatial distribution were developed to support the sequence of the attendee experience, enhance the flow of movement, and direct focus toward the main moment inside the hall.
The attached visual concepts have been developed as preliminary conceptual designs that reflect Rodyan's understanding of the nature of the project and its requirements. They will be further developed and adapted in line with the final venue approved by the client and its technical specifications.
The proposed event elements represent an integrated executional translation of the approved creative concept. They have been organized under key pillars that ensure full coverage of all technical and operational requirements, while maintaining integration across production, technical, and guest-experience aspects — achieving a seamless event and high-quality execution.
